If the tenderer has declared in the ‘Information concerning the economic operator’ section of a structured ESPD form that it relies on the capacity of other entities, such subcontractor is required to file its own qualification report before the actual tenderer will be able to submit its tender. If there are several subcontractors, each subcontractor must fill out its own qualification report.
The subcontractors declared by the tenderer in its tender are shown on the ‘ESPD qualification report requests’ tab
- Enter the subcontractor’s e-mail address in the ‘E-mail address’ field
- Click ‘Send a request’ to send the request to fill out the qualification report
- You may re-send the request by clicking ‘Resend request’.
Confirm the submission
The subcontractor will receive an e-mail that contains a link through which the subcontractor may fill out the qualification report
When the request to fill out the subcontractor qualification report has been sent to the actual tenderer
- Open responses
- Accept answers or reject responses
