All the inquiries created are listed in the ‘Inquiries’ section. Click the gear button to open the desired inquiry.
A search feature is available on the left-hand side to search for inquiries based on name and/or status. Click ‘Also retrieve inquiries related to plans’ to also include plan-related inquiries in the search list.

Inquiries may have the following statuses:
- Draft – The inquiry has not yet been sent (click here for instructions on how to process an inquiry in the draft status)
- Submitted – The inquiry has been sent to the recipients and the deadline has not expired yet
- Expired – The deadline of the inquiry has expired, or the inquiry has been marked as closed prior to the deadline
- Processed – The inquiry has been processed. The user may update the status of the inquiry to ‘Processed’.
Click the gear button to open the desired inquiry. The information page of the inquiry opens. The information page contains the basic information of the inquiry as well as the ‘Recipients’ and ‘Responses’ tabs.
The ‘Recipients’ tab shows whether the recipients have submitted their responses to the inquiry.

The responses of those who responded to the inquiry can be found from the ‘Responses’ tab. To view the responses, click the menu button and choose ‘Open responses for viewing’. You can view the responses by respondent in the ‘Recipient’ section.

The ‘Responses’ tab shows the responses grouped by question.
Add recipients to a submitted inquiry
When an inquiry has been submitted, the recipients are listed on the ‘Recipient’ tab of the inquiry. Click the plus button to add recipients to the inquiry. Enter an e-mail address in the field that appears or select a previously saved address from the drop-down menu.
You can add recipients to the inquiry as long as the deadline of the inquiry has not expired or has not been marked as closed.

Mark an inquiry as closed
A submitted inquiry can be marked as closed prior to the deadline by opening the inquiry concerned and clicking the ‘Mark as closed’ button at the top right-hand corner. In this case, the recipients will no longer be able to submit responses to the inquiry concerned.
Mark an expired inquiry as processed
An expired inquiry can be marked as processed by clicking the ‘Mark as processed’ button at the top right-hand corner.
