In the ‘Contact information’ section, the profile contact person can manage the organisation’s contact information.
The contact person is also the one who confirms the registration of new persons in that company profile.
Whenever a new person registers with the Supplier Portal, an activation message is sent to the contact person confirming the registration of the new person as a Supplier Portal user
You cannot change the VAT number by yourself; to do so, you must contact our support service (support@cloudia.fi).
In the ‘Contact information’ section, you can also fill out the e-invoice address details and invoicing contact information for the organisation as applicable.
The contact person and password are changed in the ‘User information’ section.
