Notices in progress
When a notice is in the draft stage, it can be found from the ‘In progress’ folder.
- Select the ‘In progress’ folder
- In the list that appears, click a procurement to open it for processing

Functions:
- Add to favourites
- You can add notices to favourites, in which case the favourites list will open when you log in to Sourcing. If the notice is already included in the favourites, this item reads ‘Remove from favourites’, in which case the call for tenders will be removed from the favourites list.
- Open the notice in PDF format
- Open the notice in HTML format
- Create a new notice using this as a template
- Copy the call for tenders to the test environment
- Create a tendering draft using this as a template
- Create a new tendering project using this as a template
- Create a contract notice based on this prior information notice (in EU prior information notices)
- Create a contract award notice based on this contract notice (in EU contract notices)

Active notices
When the notice has been published, it moves to the ‘Active’ folder.
- Select the ‘Active’ folder
- From the list that appears, select the procurement you want to process
- The information page of the selected procurement opens

- From the tender processing details, you can view who has opened the call for tenders and who has submitted a tender. More detailed information about the tender can be found from the side navigation under ‘tenders’

- Link to the call for tenders
- To proceed to the call for tenders, click the name of the contracting entity or copy the URL address into the browser’s address field
- Progress monitoring
- The ‘Progress monitoring’ bar displays in green the procurement steps that have already been completed. The steps that have not yet been completed are shown in red.

Ended notices
When the deadline of a notice expires, the notice proceeds to the ‘Ended’ folder.
- Select the ‘Ended’ folder
- From the list that appears, select the procurement you want to process
- The information page of the selected procurement opens
