Update has been done on January 16, 2026.
Below is important information about how the update will affect electronic signatures:
- All signature requests will be made using the new version after the update on January 16, 2026. Signatories will only be required to provide their email address and name to receive the invitation. Identification will be carried out using the selected identification procedure. The signature service user interface has also been updated.
- Cloudia Contract Management: if a signature request has been sent before the version update on January 16, 2026, their status will also be updated automatically after the update.
- Cloudia Tendering: we will cancel all active signature processes before the update, and these will need to be restarted after the update.
Please avoid starting new signatures on January 16, 2026.
