Person in charge for the tender can give temporary editing rights to the tender via the drop-down menu.
Temporary editing right allows you to temporarily change the editing permission to another user in the same organisation:
Temporary editing rights can be granted to a user who is located in the same company profile. Temporary editing rights may also be granted to users who does not have "Tender owner" -role. The editing permission is valid for 7 days. Once the user has made the necessary changes, they can revert the editing rights back to the previous person in charge from the "Persons in charge" tab.
Note! The editing of the offer will be locked for the time being for the assigned user.
Example.
User A starts filling in the offer, but wants User B to continue. User A goes to the “Persons in charge” tab of the offer and from there, via the “Give temporary editing rights” function, selects User B from the drop-down menu and presses the “Submit” button. This sends an email to user B informing him that he now has access to edit the offer. User B makes the necessary edits.
The offer can then be sent by either User A or User B by following the steps:
- User B gives the editing access back to User A via that tab OR the editing access reverts after 7 days
- User B sends the offer himself
