The free access level to the tender service gives you access to all tender documents and allows you to send your tender.
Users who have been valid before the 24.2. update have been assigned the "Tender Owner" role automatically. For new users it is possible to set only the "Basic User" role without a subscription level upgrade (if free roles are already in place).
Basic user (unlimited amount)

- The basic user can ask questions about the tender he has opened, but the basic user cannot edit or submit tenders (cannot submit questions about tenders opened by others)

Tender acceptor (unlimited amount)

- The tender acceptor can ask questions about the tender they has opened, but cannot edit or submit tenders
- Preview pending tenders from the Sending page by opening a tender for editing or by going to My profile -> Tenders
- The acceptor cannot:
- Edit or send bids/applications
- Change the person responsible for the bid/application
- Ability to search and view calls for tenders:
Contract Manager (unlimited amount)
- Ability to search and view calls for tenders
- Access to Summary tab
- Summary, publication documents
- Questions and answers
- Access to Summary tab
- Contract manager can manage the contract list of an organisation
- Commission reporting is done through a user with this role
- A contract manager cannot:
- Edit or send tenders/applications
- Change the person responsible for a tender/application
Roles are updated in the User Management by the Admin user.
Data archiving period
In Freemium -version, all information sent via the Supplier Portal will be stored and available for download for 6 months after sending the offer/application. If the response is sent before 24 February, the data will be available for downloading until 24 August.
Persons in charge:
On the Persons in charge tab, the person responsible for the bid can also grant the Temporary edit permission to users who do not have the necessary “Tender owner” role to edit the bid. More detailed instructions can be found here: Persons in charge -tab
Admin user has access to the "Persons in charge" tab of all open tenders and has the possibility to change the person to another user with the role of tender owner.
Note! The Bid Owner role is required to complete a bid.

1 Example: user A has the Tender owner and the Admin roles
User A has access to all tender documents, can ask questions, and can edit and submit tenders.
2 Example User B has the roles of Tender Acceptor and Contract Manager.
This user has access to all tender documents. Can report commission to contracting authorities that are asking for it. Can ask questions on tenders opened by himself but cannot edit or send tenders.
3 Example User C has the Admin and Tender Acceptor roles
This user has access to all the documents of the calls for tenders. They can ask questions on the tenders they have opened but cannot edit or submit tenders. As an administrator, they can change the person in charge for a bid/application -> i.e. give the rights to the bid/application to the person who has the role "Tender owner".
4 User D has the role of tender owner, and basic user E should be able to edit user D's bid.
User D can grant temporary editing rights to user E from the offer's responsible persons tab. Basic user E will receive an email invitation and can edit and, if necessary, submit the offer within the time limit of the temporary editing rights.
5 User F has the role of offer owner and is going on summer vacation. The organization's admin user G should be able to manage user F's offers during this period.
