Person in charge and rights section allows you to define the rights throughout the lifecycle of the request and who has the ability to see the request in the system.
Main person in charge
- Request or Auction must always have atleast a main person in charge
- User can be selected from drop-down menu, user must have user rights to Cloudia Sourcing
Deputy person in charge
- Deputy persons in charge are not mandatory but they do have same rights as main person in charge
Visibility
- Possibility to hide the request from other users who do not have permission to it
Reading rights
- Possibility to give read only rights to request
- All users
- Only the persons in charge
- The persons in charge and the following users
- Choose desired users from drop down menu
Editing rights
- Possibility to give editing rights to request
- All users
- Only the persons in charge
- The persons in charge and the following users
- Choose desired users from drop down menu
Note! The main person in charge can edit only the request, unless there are not debuty person in charge or editing rights for any other user.
