In the ‘Preview and publish’ section of the ‘Request’ view, you can send the reaquest pdf for preview or make a comment request

The Request complete with any attachments and links added to it will be sent to the message recipient as an e-mail attachment.

Comment request

If you request comments using this feature, a message will be sent to the message recipient by e-mail that contains a link to the commenting interface

Clicking this link jumps to the commenting view where comments related to the request can be sent.

- Click ‘Send a preview by email’, and in the window that appears, define the following:

Tick ‘Request comments’ if you want to receive comments from the recipient

Define a deadline for comments
- Recipients’: enter or copy/paste the e-mail addresses here separated by line breaks
- ‘Sender’s name’: enter the name you want to be displayed as the sender of the e-mail here
- ‘Message heading’: enter the text you want to be displayed as the e-mail heading here
- ‘Message’: enter the actual e-mail message/text here. You can edit the default text if applicable

Click the ‘Send an email’ button to send the comment request
- The recipients will receive an e-mail that contains a link to the commenting interface

The commenters are required to submit their comments by the set time limit

Viewing comments
- When the commenter submits comments on the call for tenders, the person defined as contact person for the call for tenders concerned will receive a notification by e-mail. The message will also include the content of the comment

When comments are received, a new ‘Received comments’ link will appear below the ‘Send a preview by email’ link

Click the link to open the received comments
