The system administrator can add templates for contract awards. The templates can be used when creating contract awards in the system.
NOTE! Administrator can add, edit and remove templates. Users can view templates.
Add new template
- Click ‘New template’
- Name the template (the template can then be selected based on this name at the contract award stage)
- Make the necessary changes the same way as when editing a contract award decision
Edit the template

From the end of the row you can open the edit functios for the template.

- You can change the order of the templates by drag & drop
