Creating and working with document footers
To view the footers of a document, click the ‘Contract settings’ section in the top navigation and then ‘Document footers’.
Click ‘Create new footer’.
In the resulting view, define a name and column details for the footer. There may be a maximum of 5 columns, each of which may accommodate a maximum of four lines of text, the maximum number of characters being 200.
The details are listed under ‘Contract settings” -> ‘Document footers’. The sorting order may be changed under ‘Rearrange’.
- Alphabetically (A-Z)
- Alphabetically (Z-A)
- Newest first
- Oldest first
- Last modified first
Editing a document footer
Select a document footer, click the arrow on the right-hand side and choose ‘Edit’. The edit footer view is displayed. Edit the desired sections and click ‘Save’.
Deleting a document footer
Click ‘Remove’ from the menu.

Use the search feature to search for previously created footers. Use keywords to narrow the search.
