A DSP can be shared to organisation sub-units in organisations that have a Cloudia organisation structure enabled.
This makes it possible for the sub-unit to carry out competitive tenderings internal to the purchasing system. The sharing can be carried out for a dynamic purchasing system that is at the procurement stage.
NOTE! The sharing is only possible from top-down, i.e. from the main unit to the sub-units.
Sharing a DPS
Select ‘Show/hide participating communities’ from the information page of a DSP that is at the procurement stage.
Click ‘Add participating community’
- From the list, select ‘Contracting authorities of the organisation hierarchy’
- Select the relevant organisations
- Click ‘Attach’
Tick the sub-units to which you want to assign the right to carry out competitive tenderings internal to the DPS in their own Cloudia Sourcing environment.
The DPS concerned is then displayed in the ‘Shared procurement systems’ DPS folder of that suborganisation.
