"The ‘Send an email’ message can be found both on the active and on the expired calls for tenders. You may use the feature to send an e-mail message to all those who have viewed the contract notice and submitted a tender (contract notices with status ‘Active’ and ‘Expired’) as well as to the tenderers whose tenders are included in the comparison and to the lost and winning tenderers (contract notices with status ‘Ended’). Click ‘Send an email’ on the desired contract notice.
