Send a request for comments
- Click on “Send an email preview”. In the window that appears, specify the following:
- Select “Request comments” if you would like recipients to provide comments
- Set a deadline for comments
- “Recipients”: enter or copy/paste email addresses here, each on a separate row
- “Sender name”: enter the name that should be displayed as the email sender
- “Message header”: enter the text that should be displayed as the email's subject
- “Message”: enter the actual message/text here. You can edit the default text
- Select “Request comments” if you would like recipients to provide comments
- Send the request for comments by clicking the “Send an email” button
- The recipients will receive an email that will contain a link to join the comment thread
- Commenters must send their comments by the deadline
Viewing comments:
- When a commenter sends comments on a call for tenders, the contact person related to the call for tenders receives a notification by email. The message also includes the content of the comment
- When comments have been received, a new link entitled “Received comments” appears under the “Send preview by email” link
- Click the link to open the comments that have been received
