As we approach the summer holiday season, the Cloudia team in Mercell would like to wish you all a sunny and relaxing holiday and summer time.
With the holidays over, there is a lot of news to look forward to. In September, we will see a change when we will also start using the eForms form for national tenders.
For those of you who are planning to prepare during the summer for the tenders to be published in the autumn, please note that the following national procurement forms will expire on 3rd September, after which the use of these forms will no longer be possible.
- National procurement notification
- Request for information
- National dynamic procurement
- National defence and security procurement
- National prior information notice in the field of defence and security
- National design competition
After publication following forms will be in use:
- Market research notice (E1)
- National procurement notice (E3)
- National contract award notice (E4) this is a new notice
We will make these forms available to all our customers by 15th August. However, during the summer it will be possible to create criteria for future calls for tender and store them in the criteria library. The same applies to all pre-storage texts.
When the new forms are published, you can easily use the texts and criteria already saved for the new forms, so that the publication of the competition on the new forms will run smoothly.
For those of you who have already used eForms forms for EU competitions, you will be able to quickly use the new forms for competitions, as the principle remains the same for national eForms.
We will be explaining the eForms transition in more detail during August through support portal.
