The contact detail register can be used for managing the groups related to an organisation as well as the details and persons of an organisation.
Contact detail register user interface:
Company/groups of persons
- Manage and browse for the groups of companies and persons registered in the system
- Communities - the communities participating in the procurement procedure
- Units - the units responsible for the procurement
Functions
- Add: add a new group
- Edit: edit a group
- New company: add a new company
- My profile: edit the basic information and persons of the procurement organisation
- The new person must be first created in ‘My profile’ under the company register before a new sourcing user ID can be created for the person concerned
Company search
- Use the search feature to search for registered companies
Browse for companies
- Browse for, view and edit registered companies
