- When a notice is published, the interface between Cloudia and Hilma checks the notice at the publishing stage, following which the notice is forwarded to TED for approval.
- A maximum of 48 hours will then pass until the notice is shown in Hilma and in the Supplier Portal.
- Note! TED only checks notices on weekdays!
The counting of deadlines will start from the day following the date when the notice was sent to TED. This should be kept in mind so that the notice will not be rejected by Hilma due to its too short deadline. The table of deadlines is available on the Hankinnat.fi website: Table of deadlines
If TED rejects the procurement notice, it will inform the contracting entity of the rejection by e-mail. The system will automatically return the notice to the ‘Publication in Hilma failed’ folder.
Special considerations when a correction notice is published:
When a correction notice to an EU procurement notice is published, it must be kept in mind that the correction notice cannot be published if the deadline of the notice to be corrected has already expired before the correction notice has successfully passed the checking process in TED. If this happens, a cancellation notice must be filed, followed by a new procurement notice.
If TED rejects the procurement notice, it will inform the contracting entity of the rejection by e-mail. The system will automatically return the notice to the ‘Publication in Hilma failed’ folder.
