Starting January 19, we will be introducing a new contact form. This will also mark the start of a three (3) month transition period. After April 19, 2026, all written support requests must be made via the contact form.
When you access the form, the language will be determined automatically based on your browser settings and location.
- Select the correct Mercell system for your inquiry:
Language settings can be changed at the top right corner, Note! When you land on the form, translations are based on your browsers settings.
- Choose where you need help
- Support request (Get help or report a technical issue)
- License management (Add/remove licenses, modules, or renew)
- Billing inquiry (Questions about invoices or payments)
- Product Suggestion (Share ideas or feedback)
4. You arrive to the main page that contains:
- FAQ
- Link to knowledge base
- Write to us button (Contracting authority or supplier)
- Possibility to book a call
- Contact information
When you click "Write to us" you will end up to the form to create request.
5. Fill out the form (*) are required:
You can add screenshots either in "Details" or "Attachments" fields.
Once you have filled all needed things, you can send the form.
