We are excited to announce that we will be implementing updates to the Cloudia Supplier Portal over the coming weeks. Among these updates, we are pleased to introduce the new roles within the platform. This enhancement will make it easier for suppliers to gain a clear overview of their bid teams and understand the roles and responsibilities of each member. These changes will strengthen your control over your project teams and streamline collaboration.
What to Expect
Redesigned User & License Management
Our user management features have been redesigned to make collaboration easier and more efficient for suppliers. With the launch of our User Management tool, suppliers will be given the possibility to assign different tender-related roles for their teams. Roles such as:
- Administrators
- Tender Owners
- Tender Approvers
- Contract Managers
- Basic User
These roles will be the foundation of your bid team, improving efficiency, accountability, and transparency of your bid management process.
Features that will be available
Easier Collaboration & Delegation
Improve teamwork with your colleagues. Our platform enhances team management and collaboration, making it easier to assign roles and responsibilities within your bid teams. You’ll also have access to admin tools that allow you to import important and frequently used documents from your organisation. These features will help streamline your workflow and improve the overall quality of your tenders.
Enhanced Productivity
Streamline your bid submissions by delegating tasks to the right team members. This reduces administrative burdens and ensures timely submissions without sacrificing quality.
Access to previous materials
Easily access the full bid history of the procurements you participate in, ensuring you have the necessary materials at your fingertips when you need them.
What will change?
- No changes to access for current tenders for existing users.
- Newly created tenders after the release will be accessible only to the responsible bid manager if the Freemium tier is used.
- New users added to existing organizations after the release will, by default, have the Basic User role.
- New organizations registering after the release will have a single Tender Owner by default (with more roles available when upgrading to premium tiers).
- All users—regardless of role—will always have access to the published procurement documentation.
Our goal is to make your working day easier, safer and more productive. With these new features launching soon, you can say goodbye to manual and outdated methods and instead embrace a more efficient, organized and secure bid management process for your company.
