What is company profile or contact person
- A company profile can only have one contact person, this person has either created that company profile in the Supplier Portal or has been changed at some point. The contact person manages the users and the company's contact details. If there are several company profiles, the system interprets them as different companies and they are not visible to each other.
We have several company profiles in the Supplier Portal
- If you have multiple company profiles in the Supplier Portal, we can merge them in support. This makes it easier to process your offers. However, you can have more than one company profile if you wish (different departments, etc.)
What is Cloudia User Management
- User Management is a module linked to the Supplier Portal that allows you to create and manage existing user accounts.
How we confirm data in User Management
- The contact person for the company profile must complete the validation of the organisation's data in User Management, after which they will transfer their account there. This operation is done through the functions on the My Profile -> Confirmation of Data
I am the contact person and I have completed the verification and the transfer of the user to the User Management
- You can then ask other users on your company profile to complete the transfer on their behalf.
I am the contact person, how to add new users
- In the case of a completely new user, you can create accounts for them via User Management
- If they are an existing user, they will need to do the verification themselves. If you manually create new accounts for them in User Management, they will not be able to perform that data transfer and user does not work.

- This information comes from public open registers, so we have no control over it
The company's business ID is incorrect
- If the company's business ID has changed, a new company profile must be created
