The following new functionalities / improvements were installed in production 3rd of May 2023
Plan tabs
- The categories of the plan and attachments and links can be found on the Summary tab
- Schedule has been removed from the Summary tab and now it can be found in the 'Schedule' section
- The name of the 'Purchases and procurements' tab has been renamed as Procurements
Plan's messages, inquiries and comment rounds
- It is possible to add a pdf file of the plan and plan's attachments directly from the system to messages, inquiries and comment rounds
Request's messages
- It is possible to add the request's pdf file and request's attachments directly from the system to the message
Persons in charge and rights
- The persons in charge of the plan are managed on the tab
- The term Planner will be Person in charge
- It is possible to add deputy persons in charge to the plan
- It is possible to limit the editing rights of the plan only to persons in charge
Restricted user role
- User who has restricted role has only access to those plans which acces rights have been granted
- A restricted user cannot see requests or the calendar
Other:
- The function "Save attachments to the plan" has been added to the plans, which can be used to save attachments from the inquiry or comment round into the plan's attachments section
- It is possible to add more recipients to the request template
- When a new request has been created based on this, the system sends a message about this to all parties added to the field
- Recipients can be added in the Settings > Purchase request links section (Other recipients of the notice of receipt of the request)

- For editing form fields, the function "Inherit information" has been added, whereby changes made to form fields in the library will be automatically updated to the templates, if Inherit information is selected
- In this case, the form field cannot be edited in the template to which it was added

The following new functionalities / improvements were installed in production 24th of February 2023
Plan and request PDF
- It is possible to download a PDF file of the plan and request
- This can be done in the listing view, from the menu icon or by opening the plan/request and clicking 'Open in PDF format'
- You can also get the PDF in the ZIP package of the attachments
- On Attachments tab, first select the attachments you want, then click the menu icon on the right side and click 'Download selected files as a zip file'
- In the window that opens, tick "Add pdf to zip file'
Categories of request templates
- It is possible to add categories and subcategories to the request templates
- When the request has been created using this kind of request template, these come to the request. It is possible to change the request's categories
- When the request is converted into a plan, the categories come to the plan
- A new search filter has been added to the proposal search: Category
Plan's items to be acquired
- On Purchases and procurements tab, it is possible to delete a procurement
- In this case, on the items to be acquired tab, the status of the items changes to 'Awaiting acquisition' and it is possible to add them again to a new procurement
Participants

It is possible to set an exit date for the participants
- When the exit date has been set to the past or the current day, the participant transfers to removed participants
- When the exit date has been set in the future, the participant will be transferred from confirmed participants to removed participants after the exit date
- The system sends an email to the participant's contact person when status has been changed to removed participant
