Excel report of plans
- Plans' form fields have been added to the plans' Excel report

The following new functionalities / improvements were installed in production 24th of February 2023
Plan and request PDF
- It is possible to download a PDF file of the plan and request
- This can be done in the listing view, from the menu icon or by opening the plan/request and clicking 'Open in PDF format'
- You can also get the PDF in the ZIP package of the attachments
- On Attachments tab, first select the attachments you want, then click the menu icon on the right side and click 'Download selected files as a zip file'
- In the window that opens, tick "Add pdf to zip file'
Categories of request templates
- It is possible to add categories and subcategories to the request templates
- When the request has been created using this kind of request template, these come to the request. It is possible to change the request's categories
- When the request is converted into a plan, the categories come to the plan
- A new search filter has been added to the proposal search: Category
Plan's items to be acquired
- On Purchases and procurements tab, it is possible to delete a procurement
- In this case, on the items to be acquired tab, the status of the items changes to 'Awaiting acquisition' and it is possible to add them again to a new procurement
Participants
*Applies only to those organizations which has Cloudia Tilaajaportaali
- It is possible to set an exit date for the participants
- When the exit date has been set to the past or the current day, the participant transfers to removed participants
- When the exit date has been set in the future, the participant will be transferred from confirmed participants to removed participants after the exit date
- The system sends an email to the participant's contact person when status has been changed to removed participant
