Version update on 18th of October 2023 the following new functionalities were installed on the system:
Closed surveys
- Added Closed surveys to be selected in the Summary of responses/response comparison tabs
Automatic enrichment of supplier data
- The automatic enrichment of supplier data can be turned on in the Settings section
- Note! If there are several supplier card with same business ID, information will be updated only to that supplier card which address and city/town information corresponds the organization's main office's information
- An icon added to the supplier if its information matches the Cloudia supplier network data

Image: The information doesn't match the information of the supplier network
Other:
- Column 'supplier owners' added to suppliers' excel report
- Option periods have been added as visible on Contracts and claims tab of the supplier card, if option periods have been added to the contract

Version update on 5th of September 2023 the following new functionalities were installed on the system:
Cloudia Supplier Network
- Added foreign suppliers to Supplier Network Added countries:
- Latvia, Estonia, Norway, Denmark.
- Note that the data sets from foreign companies is not as rich as finnish suppliers due to data sources.
Contact information
- Added new fields to contact information
- Job Title
- The person's industry
- It is possible to add several roles to role field. Separation is done by comma.
Contact register
- Added contact register under settings, where users can search/edit/create contacts in the system
- Search filters are
- Supplier
- Contact person
- Role
- External contact
- The preview view of the contact information shows supplier cards, groups, and queries in which the contact information is included

- 'The liability information will expire' notification will be sent 30 days before event
Survey criteria
- Added new criterion: For your information
- It is also possible to add attachments to the criteria

Version update on 16th of May 2023 the following new functionalities were installed on the system:
Scorecard
- Users and external recipients (e.g. consultant) can be added as recipients to the scorecard survey
- The answers and summary can be found on the "Responses" tab of the scorecard
- It is possible to export the answers to Excel on the "Response comparison" tab
Change of group card status
- Change status button added to group card
Other:
- Clarified the names of notification events in the Notifications section
- Added column "External contact" to the Contact information section of the supplier card
- It is possible to add attachments to the 'Send the criteria to all suppliers in the group' email message

Score card
- A new tab 'Score card" has been added to Supplier cart
- The 'supplier's questions' and 'supplier responses' can be found in the future on the Score card tab

- Liability information can be found in the future under the 'Groups' section (administrators)
