Cloudia Supplier Management is a tool for maintaining supplier relationships and categorising and assessing suppliers. The purpose of the system is to provide the user with a summary of supplier information and to categorise suppliers in the way chosen by the user. At the same time, the tool enables communication with the supplier and supports the process of maintaining the supplier relationship.
The user can categorise suppliers and send criteria surveys directly to suppliers. A supplier can be assigned to a specific category created by the Supplier Management user. Suppliers can be requested to register to the category on the registration pages.
The system generates a scoring for the suppliers within the category, enabling the user to assess the suppliers’ reliability and potential risks in the procurement process.
The supplier register of Cloudia Supplier Management consists of four separate modules:
- Home page
- Management (only for Admin-users)
Home page: The home page is the opening page of Cloudia Supplier Management from which you can proceed to create new suppliers or categories by clicking the shortcut icons. The home page lists a quick overview of new suppliers and suppliers that need assessment as well as the status of the categories created. Furthermore, the suppliers and categories to be monitored can be listed on the home page.

Suppliers: The Supplier module allows you to view the created categories with search functionalities. Additionally, new suppliers can be created under the Supplier module. For more detailed information about categories, click here.

Group: Under the Group module, you can find the categorisation of your own groups as well as a search feature and a feature for creating a new groups in the system. For more detailed information about groups, click here.

Settings: The Settings module allows you to add a new metadata and also view and edit the information of your organization
