III.1) Conditions of the procurement contract

- The contracting entity must state the securities and warranties required of the candidates or tenderers for the performance of the contract, any financing conditions and payment arrangements as well as other special conditions (including conditions related to information security, security of supply and putting subcontracts out to tender).

- The contract award procedures used in defence and security procurement are the restricted and negotiated procedure and, on special grounds, the competitive dialogue procedure.
