A new User Manager has been introduced in the Supplier Portal, where all company profiles and users are transferred. Cloudia User Management improves security, accountability and transparency in the organisation's company profile. It aims to make it easier for the organisation's contact persons to assemble the right people for projects.
The users and organisations will be transferred via automation to User Management. If your organisation or users are already in User Management, this will not apply to you.
Important information about the transfer:
- The transfer is automatic, so you don't have to do anything
- The company profile and users are transferred with all their data to User Management
- All new users are created and existing users are managed in User Management
- Submitted and pending bids will remain unchanged in the Supplier Portal
The migration of users and organisations will start on 13.1.2025 at 16:00 (GMT+2) and will take a few seconds per user. After the migration, you will be able to log in to the Supplier Portal as usual with your old credentials.
The way to log in to the Supplier Portal will be simplified.
You will now have to enter your username (email address) and then click on the "Log in" button:
You will then be taken to a login page where you will need to enter your password and click on the "Log in" button:
Note! After the transfer, the username and password previously set will still work.
