You can enter text in the free-form text field of the notices via the clause library. You can also save phrases and texts while you are preparing a notice. The clause library feature in the ‘Settings’ menu allows the administrator to edit the texts created on notices. 

  • The texts will be listed under sections according to the request type. Under each notice type are field-specific folders where the text options can be found. 
    • Select the correct folder Click "Add new" to add new text 
    • Click the gear button to edit existing texts 
      • Edit the text and save 
    • Click the red cross to delete the text
